Can you catch a petal?

This morning, we took advantage of the nice weather and went all the way to Showa-Kinen Park! It started to get a little cloudy while we were walking, but the temperature was perfect! There are still many cherry blossom trees with flowers on them, but when the wind was strong it blew many petals away. The kids loved running around and trying to catch the petals – some of them even tried to use their hats as nets!

Some of the other kids climbed trees and found wild onions growing near the fence. The smell was so powerful! Overall, it was a great walk and the kids really enjoyed their time outside.

See you next week!
